Hey Guys and girls
my rear axle on my gti is on its last legs, phoned around places could not get a decent one
anyway i rang ''pug1off'' down in bandbury they qouted me £400 to supply a axle with all new parts which was even cheaper than i could find a axle on its own for also £50 to lower the rear as they already have most things of,which comes to £450 and i rang today to ask about lowering the front and he also quoted me £150 to supply and fit the front lowering springs, at a grand total of £600 does this price seem good for the work i am getting?

Depends who there getting the axle from, is it a recon from a good company, I've been told to only use IM axles. I did and had no problems with them
