I've been on a bit of a 'drive' to get the service up to schedule for my 206 as I've had the cash and never really kept up to any schedules before apart from engine oil!
Car has covered 62k, I've had it for around 2 years and I got it at just under 21k.
So I've had done (past 3 months) -
Brakes - Disks and pads front and rear + fluid
Spark plugs
Air filter
Oil + filter
Cabin filter
Had all bushings and suspension checked (had a few worn parts replaced)
Timing belt, water pump, ancillaries, coolant etc
I think the only thing really left is probably the fuel filter?
Now that I'm happy that the car is up to the service schedule I'm now saving for a custom exhaust, sports cat and mani as the baffles in the standard exhaust are stating to rattle.
The only thing thats REALLY p**sing me off is that the heat shield over the cat is missing 2 bolts and is rattling like hell at certain RPM.
Does anyone know what bolts I'll need or if I'll easily be able to pick up spares from Pug? (Completely forgot to ask when I popped over today!).

Without your car details I couldn't look specifically but I think they're 692273 (part number) at 48p each. These go into the top of the heat shield that sits on top of the manifold.

What's the name of your local dealer and I could check for you whether they have some in or not? Because we here don't but about 100 dealers have them by the looks of it

Superb, Newport isn't far when I get back so thats no probably. I had a feeling that if they weren't in stock they would need to order a bag!
Thanks very much for that!

Question related to my exhaust upgrade, does anyone know if the 2006 1.6 16v has a manicat or if its a standard separate cat?
I've been under the car and notice that the exhaust curves up and the cat is in the engine bay, but can't tell if its attached to the manifold.
I've had a search and from what I can tell its not a manicat but if someone could confirm that would be great.
