I was going down a hill, stepped on the brakes for a speed bump and all of a sudden AIRBAG ANOMALIE and no speed readings. the RPM still reads all other things work but the FUSE 1 under the hood for speed and reverse is burnt out and I have no reverse lights or speed readings. Took it to a local shop and checked the speed sensor and reverse wiring and all seams ok. The airbag light goes out after ignition but seems to come back on now and then. Is this some how conected to the speed reading? When I replace the Fuse it burns out imediatly after starting the car.

Possibly a loose wire causing a short.
As above which fuse number was it? That way someone (or you) can check the wiring diagram to see if the dial and airbag use the part or all of the same circuit.
