Hi All,
Looking for a nit of help on this one.
A couple of months ago I had the car tuned to 140 bhp.
And it then screwed up the DMF.
So I replaced the lot with LUK parts and 6 months down the line ive now got a slipping clutch, so I now want to convert it to a normal set up and get rid of the DMF.
Ive done a little research and I cant find any kits or anyone who has carried out the work before.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as its getting to the point where the cars buggered.
Kev.

Try giving eurocarparts a ring, i know they sell them for other vehicles as weve had a few at work from them.

Cheers, have you converted the DMF on the 206 HDI 1.6 before?

I had an OEM replacement fitted on my 1.6 hdi after it was remapped and suffered slip and it's been fine since? I'm careful not to labour the car (e.g. trying to do low rpm pulls in a high gear) and never launch through fear of another huge bill haha.
I will keep an eager eye on this thread!

Hi there I am having the same dilemma as you if you manage to get it converted please let me know I am onto my third dmf in 6 months and can't find anyone who's actually carried out the conversion, iv been told a 90hp smf off a pug expert will fit but don't know what other parts need changing.
