as above go to scrap yard and cut out the connectors with enough wire to reconect them into your car.

We'll I don't have a black or red wire. I've got one plug in tact which I guess is the steering controls. I've then got 4 wires which I think are speaker cables and then I've got 5 wires that are taped together but only three come out and they are green and yellow the other is white and other is blue. The two cables that aren't after the tape is a thin white one and a thin grey one

the radio is now fitted but not without problems, the cd player would only power up with the red and yellow wires touching, so i decided to check the wires and nothing was registering with one (blue one) so i deciding to cut into the power cable for the clock, and the cd player works perfect and keeps its memory. now the problem i have is that it seems to be taking to much power from the clock so the clock is not lighting up but it is still working as you can just about see it when you shine a touch onto it, i read on here that you can use the cigarette lighter cable as the memory cable, but how do you get the cigarette lighter out or is there anywhere else i can put this cable to keep the memory on cd player, thanks
