After the big downpour we had last week I have noticed that water has got inside of my offside headlight and now the glass has got condensation inside.
Whats the best way to get it out?

Take off the light and stick it upside down on a radiator overnight, run a clear silicon bead around the outside of where the two surfaces join.
Works a treat, if you keep the bead thin it's unnoticeable and the join is flexible.
Stopped me getting water in my back lights (causing condensation in the car) for a cost of about 20p.

Due to living in this country, you will have to remove the headlight and bring it inside into a heater room overnight. There will be about a shot glass worth of water in the light, Would also recommend resealing or buying a new light as it will fail its mot if condensated,,

1) If you want to fix the light without sticking the whole car in a oven you will need to remove.
2) You paid a garage £40 to align your lights? You were robbed, Even Halfrauds autocenters only charge £12 to do this.

Drive around with the headlamps on, it will dry out sooner or later.

Christ £40 to align headlights, did you need your indicator fluid topping up to?

You need to seal the light unit or it's just going to continue being an issue, cause damage to internals and maybe eventually damage electrics..
It's only autumn, hopefully it's going to get a lot wetter and colder (wet for less grip, cold for more power!!!)

I came up with a genius plan on the rear lights, Got the hairdryer out, created a tripod and sat it there for 15 mins, thought that would cure it, instead it got so hot inside the bloody thing melted.

Make sure the covers are tight on the back now that it's dry.
