Hi, just joined this site for some more info.
I'm looking to buy a decent 206 gti 180 just want some info on things to look out for when buying one.
Owned a 140bhp 206 gti a few years ago and loved it so much want another one but prefer the 180 this time!
I've already looked at few average mileage ones but the better ones had been keyed by some jealous f*****s and a bit scruffy!!
I know cambelts and water pumps are a must to change but what else should i look out for?
cheers
Rob
PS any heads up for any for sale in the midlands would be great (trade preferrred as I need to chop in my vectra sri)

It's worth paying the AA, RAC, or the like, to check over any potential purchase.
