Hi all,

So my right stalk has stopped working, No idea why lol, basically when I press the right button to switch the MPG on the PPT unit nothing happens, it doesn't change like it used to lol.

So any ideas or anyone who wants to have a look at fixing it let me know

Thanks in advance

If you mean the buttons either side of the clock display, that's the mfd. The comm 2000 unit is the unit behind the steering wheel on a plexed model with the integral stalks for controlling the lights and wipers.
They are about £170 for a new Valeo unit from ECP

the button you say is broke is on the comms

the button to change time is on the mfd

one is £10(mfd) to fix one is £100+(comms)

depends how much it bothers you really

Lol pretty sure I can get a new comma unit from a scrapper a bit cheaper but thanks for all the info

I'd assume I have to get a direct replacement e.g with all the same functions correct? Anybody breaking a 2.0HDi without auto lights and wipers?

you better off getting a new or re con one as a second hand one could have more/worse problems.

Buy new, reconditioned units aren't much better than buying 2nd hand.

New com 2000 units are cheap enough from Euro's, plus they come with a 12 month warranty Cool

The Valeo com units are built really well.
