In simple... what could be causing this..?

I've looked at the geometry readings and the passenger side front end it out of alignment by a full degree with negative camber.

Tom (shortstuff) did mention it could well be the top mounts..? GTi180boy a.k.a Kyle Hemming, did fit the kit to the car so it was all checked over before fitting it.

Can't quite understand what could be causing it. All input would be greatly appreciated.

Track Rod Ends? I think if there knackered they can cause geometry problems.

Track rod ends will not affect camber they are used to adjust toe.
The only things on this car that will affect camber are top mounts or wishbones. Camber is not adjustable!
I guess a crash and damaged subframe or misaligned body could also affect camber but let's not go there.

camber is height dependent as well, are both side the same height when you measure the camber?

The cars never been in an accident. But the car is lowered 40mm on the front on Eibach Pro Kit Springs and Shocks and the Geometry was done post lowering.

The drivers side reading was within the correct perimeters. .36 degrees (iirc off the top of my head). Where as the passenger side is 1.36 degrees.

Wishbones have been checked and they all check out fine.

But I'm checking everything out tomorrow and stripping the passenger side down to check everything out.

As Seabrook stated put the car on level ground and measure ground to wheel arch height.

Centre of the hub is a better place to measure from. If you measure from the ground you have to allow for any difference in the sidewall of the tyre which may be due to difference in pressures or a weaker side wall.

And it's SEABOOK DOH!!!

Without fitting special parts, it isn't. It will need different lower arms with adjustable mountings or top mounts that allow the struts to be aligned at more/less angle.

I think lowering any car increases negative camber .. it has on my Alfa anyway.

Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.

Has no one thought about the fact the sensors might not have been calibrated?

Side note when doing the ZCU rear axle recall on bippers, every and i mean every one is 1 degree of camber out on the N/S/R and yes it is calibrated.

Some cars are just built like that.

Side note, if you rotate the wheel 90 degrees does the camber turn to the opposite?
