Ok done a quick search and couldnt really find the same issue im having. When i lock the doors with the keyfob (2 botton fob) they lock and immediatly unlock same story when i put the key in the lock exept if i hold it at the lock position the divers door will lock but passenger does not. Car is a 2000 1.6xs 3door any help please?

Solenoid in the passenger door.

Check the wiring and plugs as there are a few different types for that year
