Surprised it's not cheaper seeing as you're female and all. Mine would be about the same according to Adrian Flux.

There was no way i was paying more than 1k insurance. 'Esp when the GTi was £2,400! Lol!
So i settled for a Quicksilver. Although it was hard to find one!!
