Fuel comes out fine of all other injectors, just cambelt side one has nothing, even after switching the injectors about!

i would unplug the fuel rail and pipe check for blockage.
also test the harness careful at each pin, make sure the connection is clean as well.
as you used a scrap yard harness there is no guarantee that it is in working order.

But surely if the pipe was blocked it wouldnt always be the same injector? especially as the closest injector to the fuel pipe is the one thats not firing.
And fair enough about the harness but peugeot wanted over £110 for one, i cant afford to pay that considering it probably wont fix it.
Everything that ive changed hasnt changed a thing, same fault codes and problem everytime!

instead of asking i think you should check it. You can't make assumption when tracking down the problems.
Did you said it is always number 4 not firing even after you swap the injectors around?
and if you found out is the harness broken it could be any easy fix if you could find the broken wire/ connection. Re-wiring it should cost penny. If the plug/ terminal is corrode you should be able to swap them by using your old harness.

I just dont want to risk taking it all apart and getting water in the system as its p**sing down to make it worse.
Yeah as peugeots are backwards it would be number 4, closest to cambelt injector, and thats the strange thing, the diagnostics show cylinder 1 misfire, even though its actually #4 that doesnt fire, this wouldnt make much difference would it?
The new harness was checked before fitting, it seemed fine as its the revised rubber coated loom and none of the plugs were corroded
