Over 3k is a stupid amount! So black box is around half price, which is good but you have to make sure you don't speed or anything!

It's not as bad as you would expect to be honest, I have a load of cornering warnings, but my dad got one for going round a corner at 21mph on a national speed limit road haha! No speed warnings yet and I'm not the slowest of drivers haha.

well nice mods so far,you got yourself a nice and in good shape front bumper, with SP mesh grill, the is an extra for sure :),about the front fog lights, you don't need to wire them up with the rear fog light, you will find the plugs in gray color ( 2 pin plug) behind the head lights,so get it down, and plug it,and find someone with a PP2000 software, this way everything will stay original, and you can turn them on/off when ever u want :),if you need any help in that, let me know.

Good Luck with this project

I know man its crazy! But luckily things like cornering harshly and fast acceleration don't actually say anything about your driving, because legally there's nothing wrong with it haha!

Thanks a lot mate! Yeah I'm really pleased with the bumper, and like you say the SP grille is a little bonus!
Ahh thats really helpful haha, I'll be getting it plugged in as soon as I can, although I don't understand the PP2000 stuff so is there any chance you could give me a quick explanation?

Thanks,

Paddy

Amazon, really cheap, dunno how long they'll last but at £2.50 for 2 bulbs theyre not bad haha.
www.amazon.co.uk/gp/pr...00_s00_i00

You can get ones with 9 bulbs rather than 5 but to be honest theyre more money, for a minimal amount more light and they don't fit in the interior lights like these ones do haha.

I would ask the inshurance before you do any brake upgrade as Insurance company's tend to see you having bigger/better brakes as a higher risk as In there eyes you want better brakes because your driving faster/harder

Yeah I thought that, I'm not too sure whether I'm gonna bother with them anymore to be honest.

09/01/2013 - Just a few pictures I got tonight. (I know, photography isn't one of my talents)

The carbon wrapped badge does a lot for the car!

It looks pretty mean here, can't wait to get the new bumper on though, will look so much better!

This is just a little photoshop I did to get an idea of what it might look like with the wheels Im bidding on, think they
might look a bit smaller in real life.

^I quite like the look, but I might still plastdip them until I get the springs fitted!^

Best thing you could do to make your standard set up would to be just buy some good discs and pads e.g brembo standard discs with some mintex/ferodo premier pads and that would be a good start.

The wheels look nice in the bottom pick

That might be a good idea, brake parts aren't that expensive either so may as well buy new decent parts I guess.

Thanks man, I really hope that I win them, but moneys tight at the minute :/
