I would just wait until it warms up a bit before you start doing things, it does sound like its just frozen up.

If the motor is making a noise its not the fuse or the stalk.

If there is no buzzing check the fuse and if that is all ok it sounds like the pump has had it as I'm sure it should still try and make a noise even if it is frozen ?

It won't make a noise if the bottle and motor is frozen!

Most fuse boards have what the fuse is for either on the lid over the fuses or next to the fuse.

Failing that buy a Haynes manual. Relatively cheap and helpfull for items from basic to advanced.

Morris 1000, Austin 1100, Escort Mk2, Fiat Mirafiori, Alfa 33, Alfa GT Junior, Alfasud, Alfetta GTV (2x), Alfa 164 3.0 V6, Alfa 164 2.0, Alfa 75 V6, Alfa 156 2.4 (diesel remapped 200bhp), Alfa 147 GTA (3.6 295bhp), Alfa 159 (diesel remapped 245bhp 300ft.lbs @ 2500rpm)

I would look at my manual or car and tell you but both are currently 70 miles away!
