Hi guys,

Just cleaned the throttle body and MAP sensor as shown in the how-to guide on here, started car back up and it's just revving its tits off! Have checked everything is connected properly but no joy :/ Need some help please!

Thanks

Have just disconnected my throttle cable from body and it idles fine now :S seems the cable won't pull back through. So when I connect the cable to the throttle body it opens the butterfly slightly... Any ideas?

Have you put the R clip on the throttle cable back in the right place? When it's on, there should be a bit of slack in the cable.

It's all sorted now, for some strange reason the throttle cable would not pull back through enough. Tried to connect again and it was fine :S thanks for reply though macca
