Hey

I have come to notice that my steering wheel is not straight, only by a fraction though. If i was to drive down a straight road, there is a very small amount of right lock on the steering wheel to keep me going straight on.

After months of wondering why my car wanders off to the left when letting go of the wheel ( to the point were it even takes me off slip roads without touching it) i think the steering wheel may be the problem...

I had tracking done in October about the car going to the left, and even had two new front arms put on (mot advisory) thinking this would cure it....But no, still goes to the left.

Any thoughts on a fix?

After new arms you should have had it tracked again.
Are the tyres the same dimensions all around? (It wouldn't be the first time!)
Are the tyre pressures equal and correct?
Is there play in any other suspension joints front and rear.
Have the tracking done again but this time at a centre that can do 4 wheel alignment. You will only pay for tracking (£35 ish) as the rear is not adjustable but on this more sensitive and advanced equipment they will also take into consideration where your rear wheels are pointing (they won't be to manufacturers settings - they almost never are) and make corrections on the front for that.
Tell whoever is setting it that you want before and after print and if they get it spot on - not just near enough - you will recommend them to your mates. (Stroking egos always works - well the first time you do it.)
Also tell whoever sets it that it pulls and that the steering is off centre.
They should check for worn components before doing the tracking as there is no point setting it if parts are worn - ask them to check the suspension first.

NOTE: on front wheel manual tracking equipment you can take the rear alignment into account but almost no-one does it and most operators wouldn't know how to.

As above check tyre sizes and pressures, then get 4 wheel aligned, where shouts in the UK are you as i have these facilities at my work, can do before and after prints too
wanting a 1.6 8v engine!!

Its far easier to just buy my mate a couple of beers as I don't have a ramp OR a set of gauges to do wheel alignment.

There are the odd times I borrow use of one of his ramps to do odd jobs on the car.

Every car I've ver driven has a very slight pull to the left. I've been going along happily believing this is by design....if you fall asleep at the wheel you drift AWAY from a head on collission. If I'm totally wrong here we can all laugh about this later.

However, if your tracking was out your tyres will be worn into an incorrect profile and their camber will be off. You're steering may have been re-aligned but till you do enough miles to wear a proper camber you may be feeling this. Just let it settle and stop over analysing lol, all is well.

Many things affect this issue including rear-end of car, condition of tires/steering rack/suspension/bearings/brakes/wishbones and more.

It should be straight as a razor on a dead-level road (which is rare). This is because the specified toe adjustment (on an otherewise perfect car) will by itself have a centering effect and "steering-wheel return".
In conjuction with the whole design of the other parts, it affects cornering and road-holding hence saftey.

Most main-roads/motorways have a slight camber either to prevent water buildup in heavy rain, or to assist road holding in sharp bends (hence the triangle warning road sign on smaller roads for 'adverse camber' in some bends.)

That's an extremely rare road sign to see in the UK.

the thing is they will have to straighten the steering wheel when they do the alignment.....
