Burn them, job done.
Jokes aside, see I you can separate them? Or even rinse water In them, pour it out and let them dry out

The effective method is this:

1-Take them off.
2-Take the bulbs base off.
3-get warm water in a bucket.
4-Add to it Soap (used for dishes cleaning)..lol
5-add a cup of washing powder (one with Grains).
6-Mix them very well, and get a cup and fill the lights with the warm water.
7-shake them hard, and for like 5 min. each.
8-rinse them ,and make sure to keep them dry without sunlight or u will have stains on the lens.

Sure. I'd remove the electrical adjuster from the housing before starting with the water.
I'd leave out the grainy stuff, the reflectors are both more visible in the fronts and the light pattern way more important than the rears - don't want scratches.
I'd probably use pure alcohol or alco/distilled water mix as the final rinse as it evaporates faster than plain water and distilled water has no dissolved minerals that can cause spots.
