Just under 90 moving, rises to 95 ish before fan kicks in. If its really cold sits around 85. Unless its low on water I wouldn't add more. Also don't forget antifreeze is also a coolant so make sure you've got the right mix in the system.

A car is supposed to run at 90 degrees so wouldnt worry about it.

no i would not say they were prone to it. The 180 engine is a very strong well designed unit

iv just heard from dp engineering that standard internals are good for "
A complete stock engine (with only a decompression package to lower the cr-ratio) can reliably make around 290 - 300 hp on 0.7 bar of boost pressure. This is the most economic power to investment performance level.
my old 180 got a bit hot in traffic as does my current 180 its a very big engine in a very small and poorly vented area so unless you are moving this will always be the case

You could be talking about my car from what you have said in this paragraph. In fact tonight when I got home I checked under the bonnet as I could also smell a faint smell of coolant but no visible leaks anywhere

its normal imo to pass 90 and go up to approx. 95 when at a stand still but once (atleast in my case) the A/C is running stays around 90 at a stand still, in traffic just creeps up over that
