Want to know whether you think these (the exact style and colour) would be a good replacement for my gun metal grey 17" vortex wheels that I currently have which are only DIY painted and flaking. It was a toss between new alloys altogether or keeping the Vortex but getting them powdercoated. I have put a picture below of the ones I want your verdict on. They are graphite coloured multi spoke OZ racing alloys. They might not be the nicest/cheapest alloys around but as long as they make the car look better then its all gravy. Please do not consider prices in your decision, I only want to know which you think will look better on my car. These:

and for comparison, my CURRENT car/alloys is here:

Please can I have many opinions please not just one.

Thank you.

OZ Racing Superturismo LM all day, everything. The vortex wheels is the ugliest wheel to come out of the Peugeot factory. But I'd want to be ordering special offsets in order to making this work, especially if I was paying £1300 for a set. The superturismos would have to be as far out into the arches to make them work with the perfect tyre to wheel combination.

By the way, why hasn't the kit been removed yet..? Razz

They don't look too bad mate but the td pro race 1.2 gloss black wheels might be better and probably cheaper

It's one of those areas where everyone will disagree. But for me the wider spoke of the vortex looks better. I am not to keen on tiny spokes on an alloy. I do like to see the blue 206 with a coloured alloy though. Maybe go for a colour change? Something new and original to make it stand out? Yellow maybe? Change your calipers to blue. Yellow badges to match the alloys? Just a thought.....

I'm personally not a fan of the standard 180 wheels (vortex) I used to like them years ago but every 206 you saw had them on so i grew to dislike them so any change is a good change in my opinion and you have chosen well lol love the multi spoke.

The wheels are the last thing to worry about on that car. I'd just get the standard wheels refurbished.

I like them mate. The colour looks spot on for an Aegean 206! Think they would look good!

Mutli spokes get my vote - purely because being an optical illusion, the wheels look bigger than they in fact are.

But I too would go pro race as they are a better (and lighter) wheel.

That's my 10 cents anyway...

Where did you get that from..? OZ Racing will trump Team Dynamics in every single aspect of wheels all day everyday. As good as TD's are, they will never be on the same level as OZ wheels.

We all know that the td 1.2 are light, but the oz will be lighter than a fart!

Where as the vortex (whatever they are) are as heavy as a mother f****r!

I personally would rather a set of oz super leggs Smile
