Just been quoted £50 to get 4 doorstrips colour coded and an extra 30 for the wing mirrors to be sprayed gloss black. Am i being ripped off?

A place local to me called Smartcar Repairs UK. Also been quoted by a small one man band £150, and another £200-300.
