Pay a professional to diagnose the problem.

This thread is turning in to a game of Guess Who.

OR you could just waste money repeatedly throwing parts at it till you sort it.

a little update the problems has its bad days and they its worse days lol so i was looking at the coil pack and noticed that the wires to the plug the outer plastic casing had been worn away on 2 of the wires so i wraped some tape round them and tried to rev the engine but still no luck, would the wires touching cause damage to the coil pack,

i do need to find another coil pack to try and see if it is that,

as i kept driving the car i kept checking for codes and still nothing

It's a grey sensor on the throttle body that sits in the air flow. If you need one I've got one but I wouldnt think it would make a massive difference to the running of the engine. Every extra 10 degrees needs 3% more fuel so unless the sensor is telling the engine something stupid I wouldnt think it was at fault, If in doubt disconnect it and see what happens. It's a small player in running engines.
