Hi,
I am going to be replacing drop links in the next couple of weeks. Is there a guide on here to replacing them? It seems pretty easy enough just need a guide. Also, I have one brake disc scree that I have worn the head. I was wondering what the best method is for trying to remove worn brake disc screws? I've tried drilling (not for very long) but looks like it has made the head worse. I was thinking about screwing another brake screw through the opposite side of the disc to try and push it out?

Now you've started drilling you'll need to carry on ..
Drop links are easiest with both sides up on axles stands. One nut at each end and that's it.

Many thanks Gazza, hopefully if it's dry tomorrow will get on with deilling and get brake disc replaced!
With the drop links I have searched online and seen you may need an Allen key? My Peugeot is GLX 1.6 8v 2000.

Ages since I did any .. you might need one to hold the bolt steady. Some OEM parts don't have this and you hold it steady with an open ended spanner.
They are probably so rusty you'll end up cutting them off ... so get a good hacksaw blade ready!

I've changed a few droplinks before and not one has ever come off properly, always had to saw/grind them off. Tbh its much easier aswell

You will struggle to drill the screw out entirely. You need stud/screw extractors otherwise you my find yourself trashing the thread that the screw bites onto.
