Found my old 180 on ebay the other day, turns out its only been about 10mins down the road. i dont like what they did to it, when i sold it i left the standard 180 alloys on sprayed black, hate thoes alloys on that car. and they took my red info stickers off Sad and put a worse headunit in Sad
poor 180!

I know how you feel mate, saw my old moonstone gti for sale a few weeks ago and it in appalling condition with wheels curbed and exhaust dangling low

I don't understand why people fit rubbish wheels to a GTi 180 - just makes it look like a tarted up 1.1!

They are possibly the cheapest looking wheels I've ever seen.
2001 GTi 138, Bilstein Sprint dampers, H&R springs, 21mm Peugeot Sport torsion bars, 22mm rear ARB, Peugeot Sport Group A wishbones, 283mm discs, Goodridge stainless hoses, Maniflow 304 grade 4-2-1 2.5" manifold and system, 200 cell cat, Richard Longman head, 45mm Jenvey throttle bodies, 9.5mm TB spacers, 90mm air horns, Jenvey throttle linkage, Jenvey fuel rail, Aeromotive and Goodridge fuel fittings and braided hose, ITG sausage filter, Radtec custom radiator, Piper Ultimate Road cams, Piper vernier pulleys, Omex 600 ECU. I wouldnt say thats ruined, at least you could get it back to its former glory fairly easy.
When i sold my saxo vts it got completely ruined! Gutting after i had so much time into it. Sadly due to the kind of people that tend to buy saxos these days. No-one young used to be able to insure a vts, cost me a fortune just in insurance when i bought it!

there's no point in buying that one back though, its over priced now. hasnt had its big water pump etc service and is on 91k miles.
