It's all a matter of personal taste at the end of the day. I like to be different and if I spot something unusual and I like it I'll have it. All said and done when it's your car it's your choice and if others don't like it then that's their problem as they don't own it and they don't drive it.
Personally I like that bonnet vent. It's different and I've not seen one on the road.
