Sun is shinning so I thought make the most of it and get this SP grill fitted. Typically the bolts either side under the wheel arch liner were seized and spun round and round in the bumper ended up having to jack the car up, wheels off and get underneath to grip the bolt with clamp on grips. Total pain in the bum. Still all done and while I was out there I got the Bosch plugs fitted that turned up this morning so now to see if that improves warm starting
Oh while I had the wheels off I noticed where the last owner had curbed it he had also damaged the side walls of the tyre. You cant see it but you can feel the bulges in the side wall, so need a new tyre as well now

Pretty standard! Happens all the time with the seized bumper bolts. Bit of copper grease on the threads on re-assembly though and it'll fly off next time!

Or better still buy new bolts before you attempt the job and put copper grease on them.

new bolts would be a waste of money. Once you've got the old bolts out it's a simple job to clean and regrease them, and there as good as new bolts
