Anyone come across this before? My Peugeot fitted Radio/CD player will play CD's no problem - until you start the engine. Then it just refuses to play. But the radio still works fine.

Rad needs re wiring..ignition live isnt connected right..

I think it might be a headunit problem, pug stereos are a bit naf imo. Get a decent one and never look back.

Try a bsi reset A neighbour of mine had a problem with his 206 last week (cd not working) did a bsi reset for him, and presto working again.

We need to know what year of 206 it is first so we know which type of 206 electrical system we are dealing with.

Sorry Guys - should have thought. It's an X-plate - 2000. An LX 2l HDI. Does that help? And excuse my ignorance (never had a Peugeot before) - what's a BSI reset? Can I do it myself? And, if so, how do I go about it? Cheers.
