hi guys.. my 1.4 lx 206 has severe rattling when driving.. been told and shown its the brake pads moving inside the caliper... my cousins 206 does the same, should the brake pads have springs with them when purchased? and also, does anyone know what colour injector is the correct one for the 1.4 lx? as its misfiring its t*ts off

no brake pads dont have springs try taking off your calipers and cleaning the slide bar so the caliper can return under pressure

Misfire could be many things not necessarily injectors. What have you already done or tried to cure this? Why do you think it is injectors?

a new coilpack has been fitted, and was advised that it is highly possible that injector 3 isnt working, and the sparkplug seems somewhat cleaner.. have no idea what the sparkplug being clean has to do with a faulty injector, but thats what was said. i'm heading to a scrap yard to find myself an injector.. just to try it

Buy a Haynes manual and that will have colour pics of what the spark plugs should be (or they always used to include coloured pics) and it will be useful for a lot of jobs. Not perfect but a good starting point.

Alternatively do a "google" on something like "spark plug colour chart" and you will get lots of pics. Like some of these:-
