Hi, this is my first post.
I have a 206 LX 1.4 with the standard black front and back bumpers the plan is to remove the bumper bars and spray them EYC colour much cheaper then replacing the bumpers.
The thing is im unsure what spray/CLEAR LACQUER to buy for this job. Is it a case of spraying bumper then applying clear lacquer?
Any help is most welcome.

Sand (key), paint prep wipes, plastic primer (2-3 layers), wet sand, colour(2-3 layers), wet sand, lacquer (2-3 layers) allow to dry for upto 1-2 weeks. Depending on temp etc. then cut and polish.
If you are using metallic paint do not sand the last layer before the lacquer.
The quality of the finish will depend upon hiw smooth you sand to start with. And you patience! Do not try to rush or skip a stage.

Ok didnt relies sand was involved. anyone know which primer/paint/lacquer to use?

Use a high build primer and maybe go to your local paint shop and get them to match colour chips to your car. They may also mix the paint for you. Silvers are notoriously tricky to match if your going edge to edge. Eyc is the same paint code as mine and there were about five different shades. For sanding i wouldnt go any thing rougher than twelve hundred or u may end up seeing scratches through the paint .And as above take your time  . Preperation prevents p**s poor performance lol
