This is my first car and also the first job I need to sort out on it....Peugeot 206 1.1 2001
Fault codes shown are; P0203, PO202 & PO420
The car however still starts, runs and drives fine.

Many thanks
Samantha

What made you have it code read if the cars running ok.
Is the EML on, that prompted this.

Yes the engine management light is on, but it starts and runs great which seems a bit odd? i'm curious as to why the lights on and getting the cause fixed and light turned off.

If it drives fine, maybe they have been fixed but the codes haven't been cleared?

Could be that your catalytic converter is blocked (code P0420).
Try giving the car a thrashing, in low gears, high revs, for 20 mins or so, round town, or a long stretch of open road, this can clear it sometimes, and doesn't cost anything.
