just bought a 2.0 HDI and it comes with the sporty seats.. not 180 spec, and the reclining handle? if you want to call it that... feels like its jammed, and wont let me recline the seat forward or back or to even let people in the back, passenger one works fine tho ?

Sorry, I can't help with a fix but I think that might be an MOT failure. If it is bought from a garage take it back for them to fix.
