After finding out the last owner has removed the motor for the electric window
I am needing to replace it. Has anybody got any tips. I notice the mechanism
Is riveted in will I need to drill these out? How tricky is it?

Drill it out and then just re-rivet. Takes ten minutes to fit a new lifter.
