54 reg 180 past 2 days locked car with fob, alarm went off about 4 hours later both days, so locked car with key no problem,any ideas would be very helpful especially for my neighbours

Needs the ultrasonic sensors changing. Just disable them for the time being.

are these the one's on screen pillars? if so whereabouts do you disconnect/disable them?

you Disable them from the button you have behind the handbrake,between the 2 sets in the center console.

Yes they're on the A pillar. Just follow the wires to replace - take 5 minutes.
