The "brake load sensing valve" has seized to operate due to rust so there are no movement.....my question is:

What is the allowable movement (or minimum/maximum movement requirement) for this valve?

There appears to be a spring hidden behind the actual angled bracket so it springs back and forward.

Soak it in wd40 or something like that and move it by hand till its free.

Have to do this quite often at work.

Manage to apply some WD40 at it, it is now moving freely.....but only moves about 1 inches + or so / around 25-30mm.
Is that the furthest it will move? or does the actual angled bracket move some 90 degrees or so? which I don't think it can.

.....and what would be required to pass an MOT?
