Hi

I've taken on a job that was half started on my mates 206cc 1.6 16v. Everything has been stripped down to start a head gasket job, except the head off. Having got the job complete, the only thing I'm stuck on now is the route of the aux belt.

I thought I had it sorted till I was looking on ServiceBox to make sure I was rght about all the bolts being in the right places (I've clearly been working on Pug's too long as I was!!) but the pic on there of the alternator belt shows a different route to the one I thought was the right way.

Has anyone got a picture of the way it should be routed please??

Engine is a '53 plated TU5JP4

Thanks

Different tentioner to the one on the 1.6 16v than the 1.4 I'm guessing?? The one I'm working on isn't like this, it has a large spring sitting vertically

Thank you for the reply though

You only need the last eight to check part numbers through Service Box and such... What are you using to check against?

I'm on servicebox but only the free job, not the paid pages which is where it's telling me the information is...
