I wouldn't refit it then, more than likely to spin off, or not hold tight on the Ill take a look at my spare block tomorrow.

May as well post this on the same thread. I need my cambelt doing and can't be bothered myself. Local pug garage are doing any 206 for £295, that's without water pump. That's good for the gti isn't it?

If I want pump too its just pump and coolant cost, no extra labour. Anyone had a pump fail?

That is cheap if it is gti.

£295 isn't cheap.
