Have you tried following the video? Are you using the correct details that are in the .text files on the disc? I think you have to copy and paste the version number and the user id. If you try and type them, it doesn't accept it Edit. Should read "dot t x t" but the anti chav speak filter changes it to text

I did try but didnt work. Do you think it would be better to uninstall everything first?

After all this it turned out all I had with the interface was DiagBox so I need to try and get PP2000 from somewhere now

Just not great with PC's and I know the software and interface is ok as I sent it to a friend and he tried them on his laptop.
