i have added a bumper from a 180 to my standard non fogs car wiring is all in checking fises tomorrow anyone have an idea of cost of new bsm b3 or cost of someone pp2200 to activate settings many thanks in advance.. also on a side note found i do have wiring for both h4 and h7 headlamps is it just plug and play or do i need pp2200?? will travel and pay for time

haha yeh good shout update to situation i noticed i had bsm b2 fusebox so i went and upgraded to bsm b3 but fogs still do not work so i guess it needs pp2200 can anyone confirm??

and with regards to upgrade from phase 1 to phase 2 headlamps i have plugged in the h7 plug into new light cluster but low beam no h7 bulb comes on but full beam bulb closest to indicator comes on only. is that another pp plugin needed

im in cambridgeshire area

Pretty sure there is an option on PP2000 to change from single to double optics, not sure about the fogs, but may be there. It may depend on what options are in the BSI though as not every BSI has the same options programmed in.

Fogs will need a different steering column arm ... if you didn't have fogs, it will only operate the rears.

Would also help to know if you have pre-mux or mux (pre-2002 or 2002 on).

My 2002 is Mux, has wiring for fogs in place (took a while to find driver's side hidden behind washer bottle), but PP2000 won't find them so I'll have to think about swapping out comm2000 unit ...

mine is multiplex i have swapped out old indicator stalk for a new one (looked the same to me) fogs are all wired in, originally car didnt have fogs but wiring was tucked away.

also found headlights do work dipped beam works as normal but on high beam dipped bulbs go out and high beam bulbs work
