I don't think it will, what happened was the bolt went to far and created a bump as in picture.

Yea I see it now it's a bump not a scratch. That will take some fixing!

Just take it to a few local shops and ask. It might be cheaper to get a second hand spoiler. I don't suppose a shop will do anything for less tha £100.

It might also be worth trying one of the larger mobile companies that come to you and that specialise in paint chips and bumper damage.

Be clear that you want a written quote and then they know you won't just accept any price and they will try to be competitive. Also a written quote is very different in law to an estimate. An estimate is just a best guess and can change. A written quote is a fixed agreement.

The spoiler has been glued after the trouble with the bolts, it would be very hard to remove spoiler now. Someone said use a heatgun gently on the spot then try flatten it

Surely you would damage the paint long before you softened the bump!

So removing the spoiler isn't an option as that will now damage the paint on your hatch! I just hope the glue and paint that the glue has bonded to is strong enough that high speed driving doesn't just rip it off!

Back to my earlier post. Take it to a few places and see what they quote.
