Here we go again!

I fitted a recondition Axle from Axles Direct back in Feb this year as the old one was knackered and the car has been driving great up until last week when the rear is creaking really badly.
If I bounce the car up and down at the back it sound awful like its 2 pieces of metal that are done up tightly and then suddenly move against each other !

There is no movement in the rear wheels
The spare wheel cage is secure
The Exhaust is not knocking against anything
The x2 screws that hold the torsion bar in are done up tightly
The tailgate rubbers are all fine

Please don’t tell me it’s another Axle!!

Sad

Yep got a warranty but they want a report from a mechanic on headed paper to confirm fault before sending a replacement!
The garage want £25 +VAT to do this which is not covered on the warranty!!!!

I now know that its defo the trailing arm as I can get my fingers behind the nearside tyre but NOT the Offside tyre which indicates to me its gone again!

Is there a mechanic on this forum that could help me out with a report????
