hey guys am new on here i have a peugeot 206 1.4...54 plate, i had my stereo out and a wire touched the stereo and now none of my dash dials or lights are working neither is my stereo or hazzard lights ???  i have checked all fuses and all seem fine so a bit confused now and still hoping its a cheap fix  any help at all would be appreciated guys

just to say all my indicators and outside lights work and windows work fine its just the dash and stereo an hazards???

Does the multifunction display, boot lighting, and the air con work, these fuses work in corralation to the above problem, and are in the fuse box under the steeing column. one 15amp and one 20amp.

when i open the boot the light still comes on and the air con works but only when engine is fully turned on ?

At a guess fuses seem ok, try a bsi reset and see if that jolts things into place.

its now fixed thanks for your help drewden  you are a life saver as garage would have probably charged me an arm an a leg, hope i can return the favour 1 time, thanks again mate.

No probs, whenever you carry out any electrical work on these multiplex cars, always shut down the bsi, disconect battery etc.
