Mr Green Flag has just come out after my car clunked to a halt off the drive and diagnosed a snapped offside driveshaft!
It's been towed away to my local indy garage who I've been a regular customer of for several years and am now nervously awaiting the phone call with the repair quote!
Anyone know what I might be looking at to shell out? They said they're busy so may not look till tomorrow but want to prepare myself...

depends on if there is any more damage than just a driveshaft.
Wouldnt of thought too much, should have change out of 100 notes.
Gearbox oil £20
Driveshaft £40
+1 hour labour tops

£140 so a little bit more but not too bad, and can be done by tomorrow so that's a bonus too!

I paid 65£ for the driver side part of the shaft, so 140 including fitting is a pretty fair price:)
