Hi,

Was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I have with my Peugeot 206 automatic LX auto 52 plate. done about 49,000

Basically the Snow and Sport lights will flash intermittently,mainly when idle they come on by them self's and the disappear after a few seconds car runs fine just a bit sluggish

some one said something about an gearbox oil change not sure which type i need if it is that

would really appreciate some help

Hello I would start with the gearbox oil its not a major job if you have a bit of mechanical knowledge and should cost not more than 20£ if u do it yourself .i have read somewhere the auto gearboxes can be temperamental . Although the missus has an 1.4s auto 2004 and never had any issues and its done 75000 miles Anthony

Hi Is it possible that during the really cold mornings it just an potential ice warning, just a random thought!! It could put the car into some sort of temporary "safe mode"
