I have a better idea Andrew, you can take the glass lens unit out,put some warm water+soap ,and shake it well, then apply water until it shine, leave it to dry without sunlight, and you will have a great result,i use it for headlights and tail lights cleaning.

Hi Andrew,
I tried once as it looks like there are clips that hold the front glass section on but it seems too difficult and in the end likely to just break it. So Id say you risk breaking it if trying to get the glass front part off.

Hey guys

Hmm I don't want to break anything

I think I will try Timon's advice, take the whole headlight unit out of the car, spray some cleaners in there and try to agitate it with a brush without having to take the lights apart
