is is possible to remove the lower box? when to remove mine today but wasn't sure if i should remove all the tiny pipes etc? i know on other 206s i have but they never had any pipes etc.

also there is a big pipe running to them looks like a oil breather or something... what is it?

It's a nightmare to remove the lower box on the 180 but it's actually clip into the plate under the headlight... if you take the light out your see a clip pushed up near the end of the headlight surround. press that clip together and your box will fall down.

Have a look at my 180s album on my facebook it shows what i did with mine but everything came off from the original intake system and a few mods to a couple of the parts and put them back as certain bits are still needed.

Did you fit a catch tank or anything to the breather pipes afterwards?

Two little filters that go on the fresh air pump hoses and some blanking pins for the vacumn pipes came with the Simota kit i bought dude. However it still looked a bit untidy in my eyes so i got some new vacumn hose and some rubber hose to fit to the pump from work and shortened it etc to tidy things up a bit Smile
