I'd go for a GTi 180 rear axle as it's likely to be stronger and has the rear discs and get the exhaust modified to clear the axle when you get it.

the 180 one has sway bars that help reduce rear steer, also the torsion bars are .5mm thicker and the arb will be thicker and also discs, you can remove the sway bars so if its going for cheap get it

Hey guys, no update on the XS as yet, currently using it as my daily driver as my missus car is off the road so she stole my DS3!

BUT just happened to buy another 206 the other day! Just for spares though! £200 and it has a recently replaced axle! super tight wee car though the bodywork is tatty but im sure the scrap metal merchants wont be too fussy about that either! lol
