So guys this is still on going.
It has done it since I got the Car. The car has just had the following done:
Head Skim and new head gasket
New Temp sensor, new Oil pressure sensor
New OEM Oil Filter and 10W40 oil
Sump removed and cleaned, Oil pickup / strainer cleaned. Sump re sealed.
New Oil filter cap as a part was missing
BSI Reset
Codes have been checked and none are pending or logged.
The car runs smooth and quite for its age.
The garage sys there is no Oil pressure issue. The oil level is on max.
The Messgae on the MFD, Stop light and oil light do not come on at any other time.
It is now looking to me like it is not an oil pressure issue in a sense, but an idle running issue? What do you think.
In the videos it looks to me that the car struggles to catch the revs before they drop to 500rpm and this is triggering the pressure issue.
What do you guys think? I am going to try some injector cleaner and clean the throttle body and Map / Maf sensor. I did do these last year.
any and all suggestions / comments / discussion welcome.
Failing that to the Stealers it may be........
Thanks

Did you get the oil pressure checked ?
This would tell you if the pump is on the way out. There is a very small possibility that the oil pressure relief valve may be sticking.... need to get oil pressure readings. Hot and cold.....

Not sure how the garage did it. I will take it back and ask for hot and cold pressure to be checked.
If it is the valve is that fixable? Is it part if the pump or engine?
Thanks.

Not sure bud.... on an EW10 engine it is removable from outside. It may be accessible from under the sump if not. Someone will shed more light on the 1600 set-up I am sure

I would be careful. Et3's have oil filter which break up and clog the engine.
If this has only started from the service, have the timing checked. If not I advise you get an engine ecu download/update from a main dealers, as Et3's require constant updating as they are a rubbish engine (sorry)

It's done it for over two years on and off. What is the cost of an Ecuador update? I may do this.....

Depends on the cost of labour. But about 45 (half hour) to 100 quid
I did one on an ET3 207 of ours, cut out at junctions, idled crap, poor power. Downloaded it to the newest software, reset the autoadaptives and bang, drove like a brand new car.
Had 137K on the clock but you seriously couldnt tell!

Well the car is booked into a local Peugeot specialist Saturday. Diagnostics, battery, alternator and oil pressure to be checked. Problem is getting worse. Any electrical load at idle causes the revs to drop and the light to flash. Even doing up the elec windows??

Well this is the cars last chance! Back into the garage friday for final tests! Oil pressure test. Oil pump and other related parts to be inspected.
No fix = ignore error until I have the cash to change the car 12-18 months, or the car goes bang pop dead!
