I'd say yes it is mate, this is how it really needs to look
you can either change it for a scorpion or janspeed or just buy some superpro exhaust mounts off ebay, only £13 posted

could also be the cat or middle box flange being different if they have been changed

No shaking or movement at all. All has been mounted firmly and correctly.

The centre pipe was replaced with a brand new and genuine Peugeot one (part number 1717S9)
All has been fitted to original spec with the original mountings and brackets in located in the same place.

strange then its usually when bits get changed for non genuine, try the rubbers or cable tie the hangers up without the standard rubbers to see if it will work
