Remove the rear engine mount and it should just pop out.

That's a tough one.....to take the engine mount, 4 bolts at top and one lower.....guess the engine would need to be supported temporary under the oil pan?
Decided to go the other way, the drive shaft bearings are held in by 2 no. eccentric screws (11mm), took these off and hammered from the gearbox side, through a gap just behind the bearings to force the shaft out.....tough one..!

So How do you actually put the new one back in?..as the bearings will be very tight against the surroundings. Surely you can't hammer it at the 2 no. eccentric screws locations so the actual bearings will fit through and enough into the slot so it has a good fit into the gearbox too?
Is there a special tool required for this? or do you actually just use the 2 no. eccentric screws to slowly guide and force the bearing into its place by turning the two 11 mm nuts?
