Is there a reason why the PMs I send seem to be hung up in my outbox? I have a few messages that have just been sitting there and don't appear to have been delivered. Any help would be appreciated.

It simply means the person you sent them to hasn't looked at them yet. Once they have they're be in your sentbox.

Yer perhaps so, have a look at there post history via there profile tab. Will give you a good indication if there still active.
