Hi people, hoping someone can steer me in the right direction here.
Car starts and runs fine from cold. When warmed up on starting I have no response from the throttle pedal (starts and ticks over normally). If I let it tick over for a few minutes it gives a bit of a hiccup and all is back to normal!. Sometimes I have to turn off and restart a couple of times to get the pedal back. Apart from this it runs absolutely fine !!
The car did have the usual problem with worn fuel lines letting air in but that is now sorted.
Someone did suggest it was caused by a known software problem but I cant seem to find any reference to it on here ??
Thanks in advance

Do you have access to PP2000 as it may be a problem with the throttle pedal itself as it has a position sensor within it.

Hi, no sorry I don't have access to PP2000. Just seems strange to me that the car is running perfectly apart from this fault !

I also have this problem and plugged my works diagnostic machine in and still nothing as the fault doesn't happen all the time. Only on the odd occasion

Sounds like a sensor fault really. Get someone with a PP2000 to read the fault codes. Throttle position sensor or fuel rail pressure sensor comes to mind.

Mine never falters whilst driving, only does it when warm and has been stopped for about ten minutes or so. Absolutely fine when cold.
